The baby cap above is similar to the baby cap you will be getting. The design and colors are the same but since each of our tie dye are handmade they will vary in its own uniqueness. Colors used in this one are blues and black. Please note that because we use liquid dyes colors may mix and create additional colors.
We are not professional photographers so please excuse the picture quality. If you'd like a picture of the exact one you will be getting either put a note on your order when you go to place it or reach out to us directly after placing your order and we will make sure to send you one once the order is completed.
Machine wash before using. Machine wash separately from normal laundry in between the first 2-3 times. After the initial washings, it's safe to wash in with normal laundry without a problem. Machine wash in hot or cold water - it does not matter! Dye is bonded and will remain vibrant wash after wash after wash! Dry on high heat.

Q: Where's my order?
A: I require a bit of processing time before shipping your order. Since each item is handmade, the processing time may vary however I do my best to get most orders dyed up, quality checked, and shipped within 3-8 business days. If I need longer I may reach out to you to let you know so make sure the email address associated with your order is correct.
Q: What happens when my order is placed?
A: I receive your order and then my process begins. It will get folded up, prepped, dyed up, let it set overnight so the dye can bond, then washed, dried, and quality checked. If it turns out similar to the one you purchased, I ship! If not, I redo the entire process until I achieve the quality I advertise. If you do not request pictures before an order is shipped, outcome is subject to the discretion of the Cranky Girl Tie Dye team.
Q: Where are the size charts?
A: The size charts are located in the picture slide show of each product listing. If you are unable to find them or believe they are not where they are supposed to be, please reach out to me via message with the link to the item they are not showing on.
Q: How do I measure for my size?
A: . Simply measure armpit to armpit for the width and from front collar straight down to the hem for the length. When you get these measurements, compare them to the size chart I have available in each product listing picture slide show. Make sure you are comparing your measurements to the size chart of the item you are interested in as other items may have different measurements. My size chart is based off the items being dyed, washed, and dried one time unless otherwise stated so they account for any initial shrinkage that may occur due to the tie dye process.
Q: What are the washing instructions?
A: My washing instructions are very flexible. For the initial 2-3 washings, machine wash separately from normal clothing. You may machine wash Cranky Girl Tie Dye items together, even during the initial washings. After the initial washings, you are free to wash them in with your normal laundry without a problem. Machine wash in hot or cold water - it does not matter! Dye will remain vibrant! Dry on high heat or line dry is preferred. If an item has additional special washing instructions, I will add them to the product description and to your order package.
Q: What's the difference between your regular "Made to Order" listings and the items labeled "Premade"?
A: Items labeled "Premade" are items already dyed up and ready to ship. The picture shows the exact one you will be getting, it has a quantity of one(1), and it has one size listed in the title. All items not labeled as "Premade" in the title are items made upon order. Since I use liquid dyes, there may be slight variations but the colors and design used will be the same as what was used on the item in the picture. Please be aware that different devices read data differently and that the color viewed on one device may not be the color on another. Double check with me if you are unsure and I can help you out! Orders placed that buyers did not request pictures of before shipping are left up to the discretion of the Cranky Girl Tie Dye team.
Q: How do you ship your items?
A: I currently ship through USPS using flexible mailing envelops. I do not wrap my items in extra plastic to avoid excess plastic being thrown away so if you'd like me to wrap yours in extra plastic please let me know so I can make a note on your order. Q: What brand do you use?
A: I use a variety of brands for my items, however, if you click on the item you are interested in the brand I use on that particular item is in the description. If I need to change brands or a brand becomes unavailable I will contact you before any changes to make sure it's the direction you'd like to go.
Q: My order shows delivered but I did not receive it.
A: Please contact me ASAP with the name on the order, order number, and address used on the order. I can then begin the investigation. Please be aware it has been known for the USPS to show delivered one day but then be officially delivered the day after. I apologize in advance for any confusion and stress this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding over this type of situation as I have no control over it.
Q: I received my order and something is incorrect.
A: I am so sorry! I am human and I occasionally do make mistakes so I appreciate your patience with me. You'll want to make sure to contact me within three (3) business days after receiving the item otherwise I will be unable to help you. Please provide pictures.
