"A while back, a friend and I decided to tie dye. We went to the store, bought the materials, and researched the type of designs we wanted to create. Then we got to work. We spent a whole day tie dyeing. After we waited for the dye to set, we eagerly rinsed out our t-shirts, oohing and awwing at how awesome they looked. Sadly, after they came out of the washer and dryer, they were faded! Imagine our surprise, and our displeasure, when we realized that the dye had not reacted properly. The designs were cool but the colors were just not vibrant enough for our tastes. I went online and decided to do some research on why the t-shirts came out so faded. I found a company that supplies dyes and the ratings on the dyes were four or five stars. The reviews people gave were very positive so I decided to purchase some of their dye and try again. I retried dyeing my t-shirts. Finally they came out how I wanted them. Right then and there, I decided that I enjoyed tie dyeing so much that I wanted to make a business out of it. I had the knack but, most of all, I had the passion that drove me to make each t-shirt a colorful and vibrant, one-of-a-kind piece of artwork.
